22 year old girl looking to be happy and healthy through healthy eating, exercise and a positive mentality.

I have decided that enough is enough. I no longer want to punish myself for being me. I know what I need to do, so I'm just going to do it....for myself. I need to focus on being happy with who I am and not beat myself for not being an unattainable idea of 'perfection'

Goals:
1) Learn to deal with stress in a healthy way (walk, talk, breathe, take a break)
2) Learn to be happy with who I am and what I do, I only have one life and I am the only one living it so enjoy it and don't compare to others.
3) Eat mainly paelo but never restrict food, it should be enjoyed but not used as a means of comfort
4) get outside more
5) look after my numerous injuries to be stronger and healthier
